Be Your Own Boss — Freelance HR Recruiter (WFH)
This is a telecommute (work from home) position.
This is a freelance position and is commission based.
Candidate must be comfortable with Leadership, Product & Technology hiring.
Excellent hands on experience in IT, Technology, eCommerce & start-up hiring candidate only apply.
It’s an Work from Home assignment with revenue sharing model.
Recruiters will be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity:
WHAT THE ROLE IS
•Manage end-to-end recruitment process for a host of assigned searches, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, scheduling and conducting initial interviews of all prospective candidates
•Engage with the prospective candidate through the recruitment life cycle to provide excellent candidate experience
•Liaise with clients to ensure requirements are well understood and client engagement is high
•Manage expectations with the hiring managers.
•Maintain data and report on SLAs, pipeline, time to hire, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
•Ability to work in a result/outcome driven environment •Minimum of 6 month of recruiting experience.

• Fresher can also only have MBA in HR
•Experience recruiting for BFSI/IT sector would be an advantage.
•Familiarity with sourcing strategy and use of social networks, job portals, research and personal network.
•Ability to manage communication independently with candidates and client teams
•Ability to manage work with little direction and with an entrepreneurial mindset
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office tools
