Job Title: Store-in-charge

Job Location: Cuttack, Odisha

Qualification: Degree in Business Administration/B-tech/Material management.

Experience: - 5+ years in construction industries

Industry: construction industry

Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly

· and effectively.

· Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.

· Identifies current and future requirements by establishing report with

· department people (Civil, Electrical and PHE) to understand service

· requirements.

· To issue the material to the User as per requisition slip authorized by

· department heads with proper care and handling.

· Responsible for controlling inventory stock levels and reordering as

· necessary within Budget.

· To check all invoices for quantity, quality, rates and maintain record

· accordingly.

· To ensure regular availability of inventory in the store, maintains

· appropriate level of inventory all the time in the store.

· Manages all aspects of Loss Prevention and adheres to external and

· internal procedures for theft, inventory management and operations

· controls.

· To ensure that the materials are placed in smaller piles and proper
