Role & responsibilities


 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with

company policies and legal requirements.

  • Assist in the preparation of employee contracts, amendments, and other related

documents.

  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employee records, both in physical

and electronic formats.

 

2. Employee Relations and Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries,

providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and

team-building events to improve workplace culture.

  • Address employee concerns and work with management to resolve conflicts in

a timely and professional manner.

 

3. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws and internal policies,

staying updated with relevant legislation.

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining necessary documentation for

audits and compliance checks.

4. General Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings,

handling employee queries, and preparing reports.

  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related presentations and communications for

management and staff.
