Job Summary:
- We are seeking motivated and dynamic freelancing Insurance Advisors to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, providing expert advice to clients, and building lasting relationships with customers. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to help individuals and families secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
- Actively promote and sell various types of insurance policies, such as Term, Annuity and other related products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their individual needs.
- Client Consultation: Assess clients’ needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and provide clear explanations of policies and coverage options.
Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through various sources, including personal contacts, referrals, and networking events.
Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Follow-up & Renewals:
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure timely policy renewals and offer additional coverage options.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales and customer interactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Product Knowledge:
- Continuously update knowledge on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Ability to understand various financial needs in life.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a simple manner.
- Self-motivated and proactive in generating new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Certifications:
- Insurance certification (LIC, IRDA, or equivalent) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Tech-savvy:
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel sheets, email, tele calling and digital platforms to manage sales and client information.
