Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various positions across the company.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines for recruitment.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Job Postings & Advertising: Write clear and compelling job descriptions, post job openings, and manage internal and external job advertisements.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Offer Negotiation & Closing: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand by representing the organization at job fairs, industry events, and online platforms.
Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular updates to HR leadership on recruitment progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, interview processes, and candidate assessment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive candidate information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for technical roles, senior leadership positions, or specialized industries.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) for recruitment.
