Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry into HR systems.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior internship or experience in an HR role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
