Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to identify talent effectively, and a proven track record in filling various positions across different levels and departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and job boards.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and determine the best recruitment strategies.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking the progress of applicants and ensuring accurate records.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with various recruitment tools and methods.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Additional Skills (optional):

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume recruitment.
