As per our discussion with you regarding placement in Airtel Customer Care Project of our company I am sharing you below detail of our requirements.

BPO CONVERGENCE (A FORNAX COMPANY) is a decade old leading Integrated Document Management System (IDMS) service provider with a large geographic presence across India. Having primary focus on delivering outsourcing benefits to its customers with state of art technology solutions integration and field implementation. 

We are hiring candidates for Airtel customer care process. Where we need proper communication skill in Hindi/English. This process is totally based upon interacting with customers and handling customer queries.

Presently we have requirement of the position for Airtel Prepaid/DTH .

Job Location -:

Acharya Bihar BBSR.

 Job Profile-Customer Care Executive.(will be responsible to handle inbound calls & trouble shoot customer issues (QRC)

We have requirement of around 30+ Candidates. (Both Male/Female Can apply)

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

*Candidates must have completed intermediate (10+2) from any recognised Board approved by State CHSE.

*Graduates can also apply

*Must have good communication skill in Hindi/English

Salary: (INRs) 

>CTC13000 For candidates having good communication skill in English

>Net Take Home 8353 Approx (including shift allowances) for Male Candidates.

            >CTC 10400/- for candidates having Sales experience (Odia)

            >Fresh Graduates (NATs Eligible) Candidates will have CTC/Take Home-9000/-

·        Shift Timing: 9 hours.

·        Candidate should be flexible to work in shift.

 

Male Shift -3PM to 12 AM

Female Shift -06AM-03PM/12:30PM-09:30PM

Sales -9AM-8PM (9hrs)
