Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
  • Coordinate with HRIS team to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding sessions, including orientation, benefits enrollment, and compliance training.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations team to manage office administration tasks such as vendor management, event planning, and facilities coordination.
  • Provide HR support to employees regarding policies, procedures, and benefits programs.
  • Participate in HR committee meetings to discuss strategic initiatives and best practices.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Screening, Sourcing, Office Administration, HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR Information System (HRIS) tools for data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
