Job Description
1. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
Analyze potential markets and target demographics to uncover opportunities for growth and expansion.
Gather insights to optimize products or services and align them with market demand.
2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media channels.
Develop and nurture relationships with leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
Build a pipeline of qualified leads and manage them through the sales funnel to closure.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Work with the sales team to create and implement strategies to achieve set sales targets.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to refine and innovate sales approaches.
4. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as a point of contact for client communication and problem resolution.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
5. Product Presentation & Proposal Creation
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts in collaboration with the sales and finance teams.
Tailor presentations and pitches to align with specific client needs and challenges.
6. Collaboration with Marketing Team
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance to enhance marketing efforts.
Participate in events, webinars, and networking sessions to promote brand visibility and engagement.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of lead data, client interactions, sales metrics, and progress in CRM systems.
Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, forecasts, and potential business opportunities.
Communicate findings and status updates to management regularly for strategic adjustments.
8. Staying Updated on Industry Trends
Keep abreast of changes in the IT industry, emerging technologies, and innovations.
Attend industry seminars, workshops, and webinars to stay informed and connected.
9. Negotiation & Closing Deals
Conduct negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Address and overcome client objections, providing clear solutions that meet their needs.
Close deals effectively to meet or exceed revenue targets.
