Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Service & Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate vehicle logistics, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, driving and delivering vehicles, parking management, and assisting with business development tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Engage with clients to ensure seamless booking and return experiences; respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Vehicle Delivery & Pickup: Safely drive and deliver vehicles to clients, ensure timely pickup post-rental, and maintain high service standards.
• Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle parking, ensure proper vehicle positioning and maintenance, and coordinate with the team to meet daily logistics.
• Business Development: Assist in identifying and implementing strategies to grow client base and improve service quality.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and proven driving experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in logistics or car rental services is preferred
