• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Process flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using the Amadeus system.
• Ensure the accurate processing of passenger check-ins, baggage handling, and smooth boarding procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and aviation policies to maintain high standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0-1 years of experience in air hostess or ground staff activities preferred, though not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IATA standards for international ticketing, including BSP & EMD.
• Proficiency in cabin crew activities such as passenger handling and reservation systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
