Job Description
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the solar and battery product segments.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the renewable energy sector (B2B and B2C).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor progress.
- Provide training and resources to enhance team capabilities.
- Product Expertise:
- Maintain deep knowledge of solar panels, batteries, and related electronic products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional activities and campaigns.
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely product delivery and service.
- Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or battery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Skills:

- Understanding of solar energy systems, batteries, and other renewable energy products.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
