Job Description

 

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the solar and battery product segments.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  1. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:

 

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the renewable energy sector (B2B and B2C).
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
  1. Team Leadership:

 

  • Manage and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Set individual sales targets and monitor progress.
  • Provide training and resources to enhance team capabilities.
  1. Product Expertise:

 

  • Maintain deep knowledge of solar panels, batteries, and related electronic products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
  1. Collaboration and Reporting:

 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely product delivery and service.
  • Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.

 

  • Experience:

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or battery industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Skills:
  •  
  • Understanding of solar energy systems, batteries, and other renewable energy products.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Soft Skills:
  •  
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Sales revenue and growth rate.
