Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage production operations in our FMCG manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG production, a basic understanding of machinery, and a commitment to ensuring efficient production processes.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Manage and guide production staff to achieve daily output targets.
Monitor and ensure proper operation of machinery and production equipment.
Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the FMCG industry.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance.
Gender: Male candidates only (as per company requirement).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
