Job Title:Â Content Creator & Social Media Specialist Company:Â Convoyage Textiles (A unit of Convoyages Systems Pvt. Ltd.) We are looking for a creative and dynamic Part-Time YouTube Content Creator & Social Media Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in content creation, video production, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging content across YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms. As part of our team, you will help expand our online presence, drive engagement, and increase our brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation:Â Develop and create original and high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms. Video Editing:Â Edit and produce polished videos, including adding graphics, music, and other elements to enhance viewer engagement. Social Media Management:Â Manage and update our social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, audience interaction, and overall strategy alignment. Trend Research:Â Stay updated with current trends, viral challenges, and platform-specific strategies to incorporate into your content. Collaboration:Â Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with branding and campaign goals. Community Engagement:Â Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages and collaborating with influencers or other creators when necessary. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation, specifically on YouTube and Instagram reels. Proven experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools). A strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Excellent communication and writing skills for creating compelling captions and content. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh content ideas. Preferred Skills: Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop. Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads).
