Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:  Identify and acquire new clients in the renewable energy sector (B2B and B2C). Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address client queries and resolve issues promptly. Team Leadership:  Manage and mentor the sales team to maximize performance. Set individual sales targets and monitor progress. Provide training and resources to enhance team capabilities. Product Expertise:  Maintain deep knowledge of solar panels, batteries, and related electronic products. Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the technical team to provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients. Collaboration and Reporting:  Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional activities and campaigns. Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely product delivery and service. Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.  Experience:  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or battery industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Technical Skills:  Understanding of solar energy systems, batteries, and other renewable energy products. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software. Soft Skills:  Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Sales revenue and growth rate. Customer acquisition and retention rates. Market share improvement.
