Job Description  Job Title: Field Marketing Executive - Tiles and Sanitary Industry  Reports to: Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager  Job Summary:  We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote our tiles and sanitary products to Dealers,customers, builders, architects, and influencers in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies.  Key Responsibilities:  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales in assigned territories. 2. Build relationships with key Dealers,customers, builders, architects, and influencers to promote products and services. 3. Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and presentations to showcase product features and benefits. 4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including tenders and large-scale projects. 5. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide market feedback. 6. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies. 7. Provide regular market reports, sales analysis, and performance updates to management.  Requirements:  1. 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role in the tiles and sanitary industry. 2. Strong understanding of the construction industry, market trends, and customer needs. 3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 6.
