Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities: Visit client sites to assess project requirements and provide expert consultation on Polygranite products and solutions. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the internal team to ensure timely project execution. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads. Promote company products and services during site visits, meetings, and networking events. Ensure that all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Regularly report progress, client feedback, and market trends to the management team. Oversee on-site installations to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards. Maintain thorough records of site visits, client interactions, and project milestones. Qualifications and Skills: a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in a field-based role, preferably in the interiors or MYCA or ply industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Knowledge of interior design products is an advantage.
