Full job description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated HR to join out team and take charge of streamlining our company's hiring process and coordinate with other team members to proceed with other back office work. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential candidates and schedule interviews. Coordinate and streamline the hiring process to ensure timely placement of candidates. Maintain and update the candidate database. Coordinate with other members and complete other back office works. Requirements: Prior experience and knowledge in recruitment or a similar HR role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle high-volume calls and manage multiple job openings. Ability to work time effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bhadrak, Orissa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Report job
